Five things that deprive you not only of health, but also of beauty

The doctor listed items that should never be kept in the bedroom and explained why. Sleep will not work!

In most bedrooms, you can certainly find not only a bed, a wardrobe with clothes and a mirror, but also a lot of other items whose purpose has nothing to do with relaxation. Exercise machines, travel suitcases, dumbbells, old clothes from which children grew up and much more often have a “place of registry” in the very room in which it is customary to sleep.

A messy bedroom can lead to insomnia and other health problems. He told in detail what items should be removed right today.

They don’t belong in the bedroom

  • Sporting goods. Yoga mats, dumbbells, a hoop, a machine, stretching bands and many other items that we usually use during workouts should not be stored next to the bed. The fact is that any sports equipment is a breeding ground for bacteria.
  • Tools. The constant contemplation of objects reminiscent of the work and unfinished tasks of the leadership has a bad effect on the psyche. Moreover, you can not work in the same room where you sleep. Over time, falling asleep in it and getting a good night’s sleep will become increasingly difficult.
  • Gadgets. Yes, it’s convenient – lying in bed to view the news on a laptop or tablet. But you shouldn’t do it all the time. The blue light emitted by screens interferes with the production of the sleep hormone melatonin and causes insomnia.
  • Street clothes. This is not hygienic, since you have been sitting in public transport, benches and in public places in these clothes. It has accumulated a lot of germs and bacteria. The best place for used clothes is the laundry basket, from where things are sent straight to the washing machine.
  • Old mattress. Allergists and orthopedists recommend not using one mattress for longer than 8-10 years. The longer you use one mattress, the more dust and, accordingly, dust mites in it. Allergies can develop from such a neighborhood.
